- Communicate, initiate, and lead investigations to project and process findings, draw conclusions, and Lead manuscript drafting to publish state-of-art work.
- Develop research findings and makes recommendations.
- Organize and represent analytical development group in support of mAb or Vaccine project advancement.
- Effectively present and participate results at internal meetings.
- Utilize forward-looking perspective to contribute to "go/no go" decisions.
- Make recommendations on outside technologies for company to pursue.
- Project area includes monoclonal antibody and multi-specific antibody; recombinant protein vaccine and nanoparticles; mRNA and mRNA/LNP vaccines.
- Analytical skills and applications include but not limited to develop release and characterization method by utilizing reversed phase HPLC/or UPLC -UV methods, and HPLC/or UPLC - MS methods for pipeline project support.
- Understand and utilize other bio-separation techniques such as electrophoresis, lab-on-chip separations.
