The Opportunity:
Responsible for operating various machines in the Fabrication Department, including saw, shear, drill, roll, crimp, and others as assigned. May act as an assistant on the brake press and laser equipment.
Responsibilities:
Operate saw, shear, drill, roller, crimp, punch press, or others as assigned.
Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications.
Read and interpret part prints.
Work and measure parts accurately.
Load raw material in machine in a safe manner.
Lift work pieces to machines manually or with a hoist or crane.
Stack or load finished items.
Perform preventative maintenance duties.
Clean work area daily in compliance with our plant 5S standards.
Drive forklift as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
