    Recruitment Specialist

    to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.

    Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications, and supporting senior recruiters and other team members.

    This candidate must come with a positive, polite attitude, achieve successful results, and be team-oriented. The

    Recruitment Specialist

    is responsible for supporting all facets of the full-cycle recruitment process to meet the needs of our clients.

    Salary:
    $45,000 - $55,000/year, based on experience.

    Extra pay :
    Bonuses and commissions are available based on the candidates placed and measurable achievements.

    Key Requirements:
    Source and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates in various industries.
    Correspond with clients to understand their organization's business strategies and immediate and future temporary, contract, or permanent requirements.
    Support Senior Recruiters in managing client accounts effectively, which includes daily follow-ups and completing employee and client check-ins.
    Initiate the process of filing job orders.
    Review and edit job descriptions, post to appropriate online job boards, and other relevant avenues for sourcing candidates.

    Initiate filling job orders by screening all resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screens via telephone, and coordinating and conducting in-person interviews with the senior recruiters.

    Complete all pre-employment verification, such as reference and criminal record checks

    Maintain good communication with candidates, the recruitment team, and the Account Managers throughout the hiring process to ensure a seamless transition from the onset to candidate onboarding.

    Maintain proper documentation and accurate records for all candidates via the applicant tracking system.
    Source and build the candidate network using traditional and innovative recruiting strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
    Alternating on-call nights and weekends when required.
    Able to work after hours only on emergency requests
    Knowledge & Skills
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
    Fluent in English and Spanish
    Skilled in database management and social media for business
    Ability to communicate professionally with clients and peers (verbal and written)
    Strong writing skills as it relates to job ads and a proven ability to post to various job sites/boards
