As a PCA Instructor, you will be responsible for providing training and instruction to individuals seeking to become PCAs, with a focus on multilingual communication skills.

• Develop and deliver training modules for PCA students, focusing on personal care techniques, communication skills, and cultural competency.
• Provide instruction in multiple languages to accommodate diverse student populations.
• Create lesson plans, presentations, and educational materials to support effective learning.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes cultural understanding and sensitivity.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in personal care assistance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the training curriculum and program effectiveness.

• Fluency in multiple languages, with proficiency in English and at least one other language commonly spoken by the local community.
• Prior experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design and delivery, preferably in a healthcare or education setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support others in their learning journey.
• Certification or licensure as a PCA or equivalent credentials (preferred).7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
