What You'll Do:
working with a great team of passionate individuals who will feed off your enthusiasm. You will be required to manage and report on your sales activity and close contracts according to sales goals.
A few items you will be responsible for are:
Participating in building sales and territory plans
Greenfield opportunity within territory plan
New customer prospecting, qualifying leads and identifying customer requirements
Preparing and demonstrating Thought Industries solutions
Technically close complex opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility
Meeting monthly and quarterly SaaS bookings targets.
Lead and educate prospects through the buyer's journey to help prospects understand the value and impact Thought Industries can bring to their business
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Bachelor's Degree
7 plus years of experience selling in a B2B SaaS environment with 3 plus years of Enterprise sales success.
Customer Education or Learning Management Systems industry experience is essential.
Experience selling to the non-for-profit and associations market would be highly beneficial
Consultative sales approach and ability to understand large complex business challenges
Exceptional ability to close complex sales
Ability to navigate a team sales process with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
High communication and interpersonal skills
Demoing SaaS solutions through remote software
Generating and managing a pipeline of self sourced and inbound leads to identify, qualify and develop relationships with potential buyers
Ability to build sales and business plans for new market segments within specified verticals
Experience calling executives in learning, marketing, Finance, HR, sales, and digital strategy
Passionate, motivated and hungry to succeed
