POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of this position is to ensure proper operation of the Plastic Pelletizing department.

II

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain steady flow of plastic from the hopper to the belt.
Produce reliable and accurate monitoring reports and transcribe data into MS Word and/or Excel
Serve as additional support to Plastic Plant on an asneeded basis.
Operate skid steer, yard truck and forklift safely.
Comply with all health, safety, and housekeeping programs.
Other duties as assigned.

PRE-HIRE REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel) including the ability to generate graphs,
Ability to work effectively in group environments as well as independently.
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid US Driver's License
Authorization to work in the United States

IV

POST-HIRE TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

Environmental training applicable to the job and safety training for applicable equipment.
Job instruction training, including SWI's.
Scissorlift, Yard Truck, Skid Steer, and forklift equipment (with appropriate qualifications).
Significant environmental air aspects and impacts.
Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) program.
Journey to Excellence training (Lean manufacturing Rules, Tools. and Principles)

Pay:
$ $31.47 per hour
