    Customer Service Associate at Shane Co.

    Are you someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile? Join our team as a Customer Service Associate at Shane Co. and be a part of creating extraordinary moments for our customers. No previous jewelry experience required, as we provide comprehensive training to help you become an expert in our products and brand.

    Starting pay: $21 per hour for Customer Service Associate, or $22 per hour for Senior Customer Service Associate, with the opportunity for a weekly bonus. Your earning potential in this role is limitless as you expand your jewelry knowledge.

    Responsibilities:

    • Customer Interaction: Engage with guests in-store, via email, and on the phone to ensure seamless experiences. Handle transactions, payment plans, and returns.
    • Operational Excellence: Manage front and back of house operations, maintain merchandising standards, and assist with inventory control.
    • Company Culture: Embody company values, continuously improve, and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Prior customer-facing experience required. Jewelry sales experience not mandatory, as we provide training opportunities.
    • Availability during evenings and weekends essential. Closed on 7 major holidays.
    • High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity.
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
    • Basic math and cash handling skills.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
