- Engage with clients through phone and inperson interactions, addressing inquiries and offering assistance.
- Support Financial Advisors in processing orders and maintaining accounts.
- Research client and security information as required.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and spreadsheets for client servicing and prospecting.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and firm policies.
- Work alongside team members on marketing campaigns and operational duties.
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of three years of experience in the financial services sector.
- Mandatory possession of Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
- Profound understanding of investment practices, financial markets, and office software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced setting.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customercentric mindset.
- Capability to work autonomously and handle highpressure situations with professionalism.
- Preference for experience with Morningstar and an Insurance license.
- Familiarity with Financial Planning Software is advantageous.
- Progress towards obtaining the CFP designation is highly valued.
