Summary of Responsibilities:
DUTIES:
- Utilize and maintain a thorough knowledge of the products, firestop engineering principles, and construction trends as they relate to the use of firestop products.
- Take part in appropriate continuing education such as witnessing fire testing and/or take courses or classes regarding firestopping, codes and/or standards.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree or equivalent from twoyear college or technical school.
- 1 + years' experience in comparable role.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
- Salesforce preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail along with strong multitasking skills.
- Superior communication skills, listening, verbal and writing.
- Sense of urgency in all matters.
- Experience in a customer service environment for a highly technical product.
HELPFUL BUT NOT REQUIRED:
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
- Comfortable presenting to groups in person or over web conferencing.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Teams and Zoom
