Summary of Responsibilities:

DUTIES:

  • Utilize and maintain a thorough knowledge of the products, firestop engineering principles, and construction trends as they relate to the use of firestop products.
  • Take part in appropriate continuing education such as witnessing fire testing and/or take courses or classes regarding firestopping, codes and/or standards.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree or equivalent from twoyear college or technical school.
  • 1 + years' experience in comparable role.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Salesforce preferred but not required.
  • Attention to detail along with strong multitasking skills.
  • Superior communication skills, listening, verbal and writing.
  • Sense of urgency in all matters.
  • Experience in a customer service environment for a highly technical product.

HELPFUL BUT NOT REQUIRED:

  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).
  • Comfortable presenting to groups in person or over web conferencing.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Teams and Zoom
