- Provide initial Check- Test- Start for VRV and DOAS equipment we represent.
- Responsible for servicing products and equipment (not restricted to products we represent) on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Uses a variety of hand-tools, factory selection program, blueprints, and engineering specifications to validate proper installation, diagnose and correct systems.
- Utilize Daikin Service Checker tool and remote monitoring technology to identify, analyze, diagnose, and make system recommendations at customer locations.
- Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
- Represents Company by serving as a Daikin OEM direct customer contact.
- Provides training for troubleshooting & maintenance at customer site.
- Provides technical support to customers.
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as necessary.
- Drives a company vehicle to job sites. Regular travel requirements with some (infrequent) overnight travel.
- Secures additional work through proactive recommendations based on equipment status and clients' needs.
- Associate degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
- Hands-on VRV/VRF experience and high interest and motivation to learn, training will be provided on all aspects of VRV.
- Must be comfortable working on a computer daily and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Demonstrate punctuality and attendance on a consistent basis.
- Must maintain an acceptable driving record and adhere to all pertinent ElitAire policies.

If so, we want you to join our teamAs a VRV Service Technician at ElitAire, you will provide technical support to customers on state-of-the-art Daikin VRV equipment to include start-up and maintenance services, system troubleshooting, equipment repair and recommended enhancements, and lifecycle support.
