RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leadsWork with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstrationDirect customers to product information resources, including those available on the internetDeliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous customer service/sales experience preferred Good verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivationProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookDrive to hit sales quotas and goalsAbout the DealershipMills Auto Group understands rapid growth in the automotive space.
