    Job Description

    Position Summary: Find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. Responsible for the preservation and expansion of the customer base. Work from home - Must be able to visit clients sites in Southern California to prospect, walk jobs and close deals.

    • · Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
    • · Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
    • · Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
    • · Present products to prospective clients.
    • · Remain in frequent contact with clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
    • · Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation.
    • · Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.

    Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.     Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field from four-year college or university. Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role. Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.

    Language Ability: Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

    Mathematical Ability: Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.

    Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

    Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus.

    Certificates and Licenses: None.
