Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat our members in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage reservations and waitlists effectively.
Provide accurate wait times and monitor guest flow.
Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining service.
Assist in maintaining a tidy and welcoming entrance area.
Address guest inquiries and ensure their needs are met.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Polished and professional appearance.
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational skills.
Previous experience in a host/hostess role is a plus, but not required.
