    Volo creates free youth sports programs through adult social sports.

    The aim of the Volo Kids Foundation was to use sport as a tool for healing and a means of uniting communities.

    To execute our vision we partnered with City Council Members, community organizers, and recreation centers to launch the first Volo Kids Foundation.

    Volo Kids has since expanded to six cities across the country and is still growing.

    Coaches serve our kids and families by providing a safe and fun experience on the field.

    Outreach Assistant Coordinator responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    Sport Product & Performance Assure quality, control, and strength of youth programs through site visits and serve as a site lead and/or coach for programs whenever necessary Spearhead league audit & evaluation Develop relationships with current and future league venues Track the needs of each site including improvements Ensure growth & retention of players for your sportSports League Operations Support program merging & scheduling Provide on-field support Handle player communication - sending all emails for assigned sport leagues Maintain equipment for assigned sports including requesting ordering replacements, noting damages, and reporting to the market's equipment lead Maintain fields as needed based on weather, location, and sport-specific requirements Set up & take down fields and gather up equipmentCustomer Service Act a first line of communication for playersand coaches of assigned sport Resolve any emerging problems that families might face with accuracy and efficiency Anticipate and provide proactive solutions to prevent problems from arising in the future Act as an escalation point for player, parent, coach, site lead and volunteers Call & text parents during registration timeTalent Development Support training in your market for assigned sport(s) to the part-time staff and volunteers Recruit, mentor, and ensure quality staff and product - includes reviewing sport-specific league auditsFundraising & DevelopmentSupport fundraising efforts through events and adult market activations.

    Ensure Proper Record Keeping for grant(s) reporting purposesQualifications Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience Ability to work weekdays and weekends.
