Description

What can you expect?

• You will be the technical contact for customers, architects, and construction companies on site from the sale of a system
• You will collect data from the systems and construction sites, check the individual LVs and customer data, manage the project folder, create parts lists for purchasing, and support the sales team in preparing offers
• You will work closely with the design and suppliers to define product requirements, design product features, and manage implementation
• You will collaborate with the sales team and project management to understand customer needs and develop customer-oriented solutions
• You will create product roadmaps and prioritize development activities based on customer feedback, market conditions, and company strategy
• You will monitor the product lifecycle of the systems, including continuous improvements, and create product descriptions, documentation for TÜV acceptance, and training materials for the sales team, project management, and customers
• You will work closely with customer service to gather feedback and suggestions from customers and incorporate them into product improvements
• You will monitor the market success of the products, analyze performance indicators, and create reports for management
• You will support purchasing in finding alternative materials and clarify technical questions with suppliers, partner companies, and customers
