    Description

    Job Summary:

    Leonardo DRS Land Systems is looking to hire a Supply Chain Analyst I – Program Support for their Bridgeton, MO facility. This role involves performing specific analyses related to commodity, purchasing, and proposal costing, and acting as a key point of contact for program teams. The ideal candidate should excel under pressure, pay attention to details, and demonstrate initiative.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Assist department staff with specialized analyses
    • Expedite orders
    • Communicate with vendors for pricing and delivery
    • Monitor costs and budgets
    • Participate in program team meetings
    • Ensure contract flow-downs are identified
    • Consolidate requisitions for leverage pricing
    • Review open requisitions weekly
    • Facilitate communication between buyers, suppliers, and program teams
    • Prepare PowerPoint charts and presentations
    • Provide monthly metric status updates
    • Support company mission, values, and culture

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or engineering
    • 0-2 years experience in technology, aerospace, or defense
    • Ability to work well under pressure
    • Attention to detail and initiative
    • Knowledge of supply chain tools and procedures
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Understanding of purchase order process
    • Familiarity with Government compliance regulations
    • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
