We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated
Facility Management Supervisor (m/f/d) for our production site in
Stuttgart.

Your responsibilities

Supervision of the HKLS team
Operation of infrastructure systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing including drinking water hygiene, compressed air, technical gases, and fire protection systems
Conceptualization and coordination of inspections, maintenance, and repair measures, including reporting
Planning and management of maintenance, modernization, and renovation projects, including organizational handling
Monitoring of deadlines, costs, and quality control
Measurement and invoice verification

Your profile

Completed training as a plumber for sanitary, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems or equivalent
Further education as a technician, supervisor, or equivalent
Extensive experience in planning and implementing construction and renovation projects
Leadership experience required
Knowledge of standards in the areas of DVGW and drinking water guidelines, etc.
Strong problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently, reliability, and flexibility
Computer skills (MS Office, SAP R/3)
Fluent in German
