The "Regulatory Affairs" unit serves as a single point of contact for the national regulatory authorities ACM and BNetzA as well as the European agency ACER, and is responsible for developing a suitable regulatory strategy to ensure security of supply and transparency, predictability and fulfillment of our tasks as a transmission system operator.
