    As a Sales Associate, you will be on the front lines for delivering elevated hospitality and ensuring each guest has a memorable experience to develop a loyal customer base.

    You will directly impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to purchase or lease their vehicleWhat Winning Looks Like:
    Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.

    Communicate effectively with customers and prospects via phone, e-mail, or in-personHandle all incoming sales inquiries in a timely, professional mannerBuild strong rapport with customersMaintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat businessAssist customers in appropriate vehicle selection and stay abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc.

    Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing competitive models, and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchaseLearn to overcome objections, negotiate price, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standardsProspect daily for potential customersAttend product and sales training as requested by the Sales ManagerRealize that business is built on customer service and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customersMaintain follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfactionMaintain a high CSI scoreSkills Needed to Win:Ability to effectively manage time to meet and exceed targetsPrevious customer service experience is required, dealership experience preferredOutgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiatingPossess superior customer-focused communication skillsMust have a clean & valid driver's license, along with reliable transportationAbout UsWe were founded in 2014 by Jeff Swickard in Wilsonville, OR.
