    Job Summary:
    We support telecommunication companies in Alaska and they are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join the team as Door-to
    • Door Sales Associate.
    In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our clients' cutting-edge telecommunications products and services to potential residential customers through door-to-door sales and exceptional customer engagement.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Approach residences in designated territories and initiate conversations with homeowners or residents.
    • Effectively present and demonstrate our telecommunications products and services, including internet, TV, and phone packages.
    • Educate customers on the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our offerings.
    • Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and tailor your sales approach accordingly.
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas for new customer acquisitions.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
    • Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.

    Requirements:

    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Reliable transportation (valid driver's license and personal vehicle preferred).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical information.
    • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build relationships.
    • Motivated, selfdriven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
    • Previous sales experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus but not required Compensation:
    • Hourly rate of $20 per hour, plus commission on sales.
    • Opportunity for yearlong employment with the potential to transition to a phone sales associate role.
