    Description

    ** Retail Sales Associate | Full-Time**

    **Purpose of Position:**Looking for a friendly new addition to our team to help with business of a growing small business This person would be assisting with customer service, retail sales, packing orders, inventory and other duties as assigned. We have a small team so good communication skills and a sense of humor are a must **Duties and Responsibilities:**The Retail Sales Associate will provide assistance and coordination for the following: * Customer Service - Work with customers over the phone, and on the sales floor

    Process exchanges and returns

    Taking inventory counts

    Assisting with Events

    Packing Orders

    Tagging Product

    Perform other duties as assigned

    ** Job Title: **Retail Sales** Associate**

    ***Passion for Fishing & Fly Fishing a plus***

    **Join a team working hard to change womens outdoor wear forever**

    **Job Requirements**

    Must have availability to work Saturdays during holiday season (Nov-Dec)

    Physically able to lift 50 pounds

    Possess excellent customer service skills

    Organized and detail oriented

    Excellent written and oral communication skills

    Anchorage-based

    ***Fly fishing & outdoor enthusiast a plus**
