Key Responsibilities:

Operate Production Machinery: Set up, operate, and monitor food production machines, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

Quality Control: Regularly inspect products for quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary to maintain high standards.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues with machinery promptly to prevent production delays.

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, output, and any issues encountered.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth production processes and meet production goals.

Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience as a machine operator in a food production environment is highly preferred.

Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot various types of food production machinery.

Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.

Safety Awareness: Understanding of and commitment to safety regulations and best practices.

Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical training or certification in machine operation or maintenance is a plus.

Work Environment:

The position requires working in a fastpaced production environment.
May involve exposure to various temperature conditions, including refrigerated and freezer areas.
Requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.

Pay:
$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
