Christine Lilley Designs is a design firm specializing in residential and hospitality interior design.

We are looking for weekly, 8-16 hours accounting assistance


Responsibilities include:

A/P entering bills, printing checks and creating cash flow report, A/R Enter Client Payments and Bank Deposits, reconcile client payments against invoices, Monthly checking account reconciliation.

Process yearly W-9's for tax purposes. Create excel budget and reconcile project and purchasing accounting.

Quickbooks certified and 3-5 years experience in accounting/bookkeeping a requirement.
