We are seeking a full-time Customer Service/Front Desk Receptionist to join our amazing team.

This is a full-time position for the following days:

Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM and coverage of other shifts as needed (sick leave, vacation, etc.).


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in office setting
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs & Social Media Apps
  • Adaptable in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to build rapport easily with patients, clients and team members
  • High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency
  • Flexible schedule
  • Detailed oriented
  • Ability to prioritize & stay organized
  • Selfmotivated and thrive in a fastpaced, medical environment
  • Take initiative and ownership of work
  • Coachable

Responsibilities:


  • Greeting patients/clients
  • Answering the phones and directing the calls to appropriate staff member(s)
  • Taking messages as required
  • Arranging and scheduling appointments for patients and clients
  • Contacting incoming referrals to schedule for future evaluations
  • Determining patient eligibility, relaying general instructions to patients
  • Obtaining updates and medical records as needed
  • Organizing and researching patient records, extracting needed information, and reviewing records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency within established guidelines
  • Obtaining documentation as requested by physical therapist (test results, prescriptions, referrals or other documentation not yet filed in records)
  • Perform clerical duties in support of the medical and office staff
  • Assist in the daytoday operations
  • General medical ethics, telephone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Other duties include:
laundry and some cleaning.


Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
