A growing Allergy Practice that specializes in Allergy, Sinus, Asthma and Immunotherapy with 10 locations in NYC has a great opportunity for a high energy, passionate, individual in its dynamic call center department.
Responsibilities:
- Handling high volume of incoming calls
- Relaying messages to other departments
- Transferring calls
- Scheduling
- Registering patients
- Insurance verification
- Referral requirements
- Promoting our services to new patients
- Assisting the Call Center Managers with other tasks
Requirements:
- Experience using an EMR system is a
preferred - Bilingual in Spanish is
required - Experience in a call center is a
preferred
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
Work setting:
- Inperson
