A growing Allergy Practice that specializes in Allergy, Sinus, Asthma and Immunotherapy with 10 locations in NYC has a great opportunity for a high energy, passionate, individual in its dynamic call center department.


Responsibilities:


  • Handling high volume of incoming calls
  • Relaying messages to other departments
  • Transferring calls
  • Scheduling
  • Registering patients
  • Insurance verification
  • Referral requirements
  • Promoting our services to new patients
  • Assisting the Call Center Managers with other tasks

Requirements:


  • Experience using an EMR system is a
    preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is
    required
  • Experience in a call center is a
    preferred

Schedule:
Monday-Friday


Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour


Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating weekends

Work setting:

  • Inperson
