Haus Norderhofenden GmbH - Supported Living Facilities - is a privately funded provider of services in the field of
child and youth welfare according to SGB VIII and
integration assistance according to SGB IX.

We primarily offer assistance in the city of
Flensburg.

For our
youth welfare division, we are looking for a
Pedagogical Director for our
Supported Youth Housing.

This involves stationary assistance according to §§34, 41 SGB VIII, which is provided in
other supported living arrangements (SbW) with 1 to 3 places in the city of Flensburg for adolescents aged 16 and above.

Currently, we provide support for approximately 20 young people and young adults.

Your responsibilities


As the pedagogical director of the Supported Youth Housing division, you play a crucial role in ensuring and further developing the assistance according to the help planning guidelines and quality standards.

You are responsible for
team management,
deployment planning,
guidance and further qualification of employees, as well as internal
case management (particularly developing support plans and progress reports) and
controlling the provision of services.
