    Naztec Staffing is hiring immediately for an Order Fulfillment - Shipping/Data Entry Clerk for a Manufacturing company in West Palm

    Beach, FL

    Qualifications
    • Organizational skills.
    • Good communication abilities.
    • Shipping/Receiving Experience in Warehouse Setting.
    • Warehouse data entry experience, processing orders and shipping labels to clients.
    • Knowledgeable in Warehouse label processing systems.
    While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is required to:
    • Walk or stand Remain in a stationary position for long periods (printing labels at computer)
    • Reach with hands or arms, bend, crouch Switch from air-conditioned environment (office) to non-air-conditioned environment (warehouse)
    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

    Requirements
    • Responsible for recording shipping orders on the computer system, labeling items and packing items for shipping.
    • Inspecting proper labeling before preparing paperwork for shipments.
    • Marking items as shipped, providing tracking information and data entry.
    • Monitoring shipping supplies such as boxes, labels, brochures, etc...
    • Communicating with various teams internally such as production and customer service
    • Tracking and updating the status of shipments.
    • Understands and follows both verbal and written directions.
    • Complies with all general safety policies and procedures.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    • Communicating with carriers via email, telephone Data entry as required.
    • Participating in meetings about packing materials and methods Being solution oriented: looking for ways to improve the shipping experience for our customers, reduce shipping costs, etc..
