Center Manager / Branch Manager / Store Manager (m/f/d)

What awaits you

You are responsible for the donation center and for managing up to 20 employees.

You master challenges with empathy and flexibility:
Trustful and strategic cooperation with your regional supervisor and your contacts at headquarters (HR, marketing, QM, etc.)
Participation in the further development of the donation center
Assistance in recruiting and coordination of onboarding at the donation center
Active support of marketing measures for donor recruitment
Control and optimization of the entire donation process
Participation in the donation process

Your working hours

Your employment is full-time, 5 days
