    Senior Engineer / Multi-Discipline Design Leader

    Location:     Princeton, NJ

    Summary: Join our client, a renowned consulting engineering firm with over five decades of experience, and lead multi-discipline design projects as a Senior Engineer. You'll oversee site/civil engineering projects, coordinate permitting activities, and contribute to resilient and sustainable planning initiatives.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Overseeing project scope, schedules, and budgets for site/civil design projects.
    • Leading application preparation for state and federal permits and grant funding.
    • Attending and contributing to project and public meetings.
    • Reviewing planning studies and development applications.
    • Mentoring and supervising staff, providing guidance and support.

    About You

    • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
    • 8+ years of professional experience in engineering, with a focus on design projects.
    • PE license in NJ (additional PE credential in PA is a plus).
    • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of effective leadership.
    • Advanced expertise in site/civil development and land-use planning.
    • Experience with river and stormwater management, including relevant software tools.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
