• Proficient with all technical building skills
• Previous experience working on new construction and remodel projects
• Understand the contractor billing and change order process
• Possess strong computer skills
• Intermediate experience with MS Project, Work and Excel
• Highly organized
• Superior communication skills
• Portray a positive attitude and demonstrate professional customer service skills
• College degree is preferred but not required
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Management of Multiple Home Projects
• Monitor project costs during all phases of construction
• Manage change orders
• Oversee adherence to the detailed project schedule
• Manage onsite subcontractors
• Collaborate with construction team on preconstruction tasks and project schedule
• Develop and maintain business relationships with Owners,
• Architect/Engineers and subcontractors
• Provide a quality project management to our customers that meets or exceeds their performance standards
