Description

• Develop and maintain inventory management procedures to ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels.
• Analyze inventory levels to determine reorder points, safety stock levels, and lead times.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to optimize inventory costs.
• Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure inventory levels meet demand and communicate incoming flow of material for sales Scheduling.
• Manage and continually train a team of inventory and purchasing staff.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, purchase orders, and vendor performance.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, inventory usage trends, purchasing trends, and supplier performance.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory and purchasing management experience preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience managing a team of inventory and purchasing staff.
