    Description
    JOB DETAILSPrinciple assignment is using forklifts, motorized equipment, order pickers, RF guns, overhead cranes, broom, hammer, and banding tools. Associate must demonstrate the ability to be moved to a higher job class as position become available.

    Preferred Requirements3 years Shipping and Receiving experience3 years of experience in manufacturing environmentRequired Education / Experience / SkillsHigh School Diploma or GEDProficient verbal and written English communication skillsEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesReceives, labels, pulls, stages, and delivers to manufacturing and finished goods, all parts or raw material required from inventory production schedules using WMS/CHESSPicks, verifies, packages, and loads orders for shipment using WMS/CHESSDocuments or performs inventory transactions to maintain correct balances in the company database using WMS/CHESSPerforms regular maintenance checks and housekeeping on lift trucks and warehouse equipmentPerforms daily cycle counts as required for inventory accuracy using WMS/CHESSResponsible for adherence and knowledge of all ISO processes, procedures, flowcharts, and quality policyResponsible for driving Self-Managed Performance (SMP) program through organization through self-motivation, initiative, and participationCross-trains in other work centers as needed for the businessCross-trains in department processes and procedures as directed by supervision and in various departments on machine operation and/or production functions for possible movement to higher job classResponsible for identification, documentation, segregation, evaluation and disposition of non-conforming product, services and systemsAll department processes and procedures documented and the appropriate individual(s) trained and cross-trained as necessaryParticipates in education, warehouse projects, and other duties as required by the supervisorPerforms similar or general type work in other job classifications as requiredLevel of SupervisionModerate DirectionSupervisory ResponsibilityNoneTraining and DevelopmentYou are expected to participate in training and development activities throughout your employment with the company to ensure the excellence of the performance of your assigned duties.
