Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Manager. As an Order Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

This is a crucial role in our organization, as timely and accurate order management is essential to our customer satisfaction.

Duties:

• Calling on Orders pending MD signatures
• Receive and review customer orders, ensuring all necessary information is provided
• Enter orders into the system accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure product availability
• Track orders from placement to delivery, providing regular updates to customers
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, including shipping delays or product shortages
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling products
• Maintain accurate records of all orders, invoices, and related documentation
• Continuously evaluate and improve order management processes to enhance efficiency
• Reporting on Google Documents.
• Presentations in Meetings every Tuesday.
• Filling in for Reception as needed.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order processing
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise customer interactions
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with order management software or systems
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and build positive relationships
• Problemsolving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• MUST BE COMPUTER SAVY
• MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
