Overview:
Seeking experienced property manager to manage 100+ rental properties and short-term rentals.
This position requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment while having a calm disposition to maintain a positive relationship with tenants and clients.
Responsibilities for rental properties include:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working closely with contractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws
- Maintain accurate and uptodate files and records for each property
Responsibilities for short-term rentals include:
- Listing units on various sites being familiar with posting pics & videos
- Ensuring full bookings and handling inventory control.
- Marketing listings to maximize bookings
Skills/qualifications necessary for the job:
- Team player with selfstarter qualities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Dependability with emphasis on independence and accountability.
- Excel and Adobe experience a must
- Pay commensurate with skillset and experience.
Pay:
$43, $52,013.36 per year
