To strengthen our team in Darmstadt, we are looking for dedicated employees as process managers/analysts.

As a process manager/analyst, you will be responsible for the technical and functional analysis, optimization, implementation, and introduction of processes for our clients. Our clients are primarily public institutions, municipalities, and cities. As a company, we offer a full-stack process service, where the client is accompanied from the initial process assessment to the final implementation. We strive for our employees to understand the client's requirements and combine them with their own innovative ideas.

Requirements

You have a completed university degree and extensive knowledge in process modeling and implementation.

The following requirements are not a problem for you:

  • Process analysis and transition from current to desired processes
  • Process documentation using common modeling tools (e.g. ARIS, ADONIS, ...)
  • Project management and planning
  • Consulting and support for clients
  • Excellent use of standard Microsoft Office products
  • Basic software development skills
  • Flexibility and commitment
  • Independent and responsible work
  • Reliable and dedicated task fulfillment
  • Willingness to travel
