Compensation Range:
$140-170k per year


Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience.

The Vice President of Clinical Services is responsible for the oversite of all DMA clinical programing. He or She will oversee all group programing and assess groups and programing on a regular basis. They will update the programming every other year or as needed. This also includes the coordination of all clinical supervision for employed intern therapists. He or She is responsible for ensure all new hires are set up with clinical supervision as needed.

They should work directly with Operations to ensure interns are properly trained upon hire and as needed in documentation and clinical procedures.

They will assist in ensuring that each region has appropriate clinical supervision to support the DMA locations and that all training and documentation is completed.

He or She will provide clinical supervision as required to all assigned interns.

He or She will support other intern supervisors with a monthly meeting and guidance on legal requirements and case load.


Essential Job Functions:


  • To supervise clinical interns as assigned.
  • To provide guidance and supervision to other clinical supervisors.
  • To supervise in collaboration with the Operations team.
Areas of development and in-service training include but are not limited to:


  • Individual Counseling
  • Crisis Intervention
  • Deescalation techniques and approaches
  • Group Facilitation and Planning and Presentation
  • Documentation and Record Keeping
  • Upon hire The VP of Clinical Services will assess all group programing and continue to assess as needed.
  • Meets with members of the clinical teams to discuss their concerns as needed.
  • Collaborates with The Division President and Ops team to implement continual quality improvement activities for the treatment programs. Supports DMA Operations and MH treatment programs.
  • Maintains proper interdepartmental boundaries and respects/follows the chain of command and supervisory directives.
  • Regularly audit the clinical records and holds clinical staff accountable for maintaining appropriate standards for documentation.
  • Assume any additional duties as assigned DMA Division President.
  • Develop and maintain Clinical Intern staff training manual.
  • Evaluate and apprise each intern or clinical supervisor clearly identifying strengths, weaknesses, and goals for the coming year.
  • Monitors outside clinical supervisors' billing and the number of interns assigned to internal and external supervisors.
  • When indicated facilitates disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Division President, the Operations Department and if indicated the Human Resource Manager.
  • Makes time and is available to listen to intern concerns and facilitates resolution.
  • Serves as a positive role model to treatment staff, patients, employees, and guests through a positive, caring, and professional attitude.
  • Complies with the dress code.
  • Complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Establishes and achieves realistic goals within the position.
  • Maintains the confidential nature of patients and related activities.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in appropriate field.
  • Ability to clinically supervise clinical interns.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in clinical supervision.
