Leistritz Turbinentechnik GmbH is a specialist in turbine components and a partner to all leading OEMs and module suppliers in the engine industry.

Your responsibilities:
Coordinating and organizing employee development measures within the company (training needs planning, advising managers, succession planning, etc.)

Managing the recruitment process Selecting skilled and managerial employees (including apprentices, dual students, and temporary workers) General human resources tasks (employee support, contract management, implementing labor law measures, preparing key figures, etc.) Maintaining and updating employee master data and managing time tracking in SAP Managing and maintaining personnel files Collaborating and communicating with the works council Clarifying personnel-related and labor law issues Coordinating company health management (strategic planning of health measures, etc.)

Your qualifications:
