Your responsibilities as Production Manager (m/f/d) in Joslin, IL:

Professional and disciplinary responsibility for employees in the production and warehouse departments in the field of molecular sieves
Compliance with and enforcement of legal regulations regarding health, safety, fire and environmental protection; identifying and addressing any deficiencies and conducting relevant training sessions
Comprehensive production and personnel planning
Ensuring compliance with all quality parameters and maintaining a high level of production quality
Continuous process control and analysis
Optimization of production processes and workforce allocation according to market demands
Technological development of production facilities with a focus on capacity and cost optimization
Planning, monitoring and adhering to production costs; conducting monthly operational accounting
Transferring new product developments from pilot scale to production scale in close collaboration with R&D
Development and updating of relevant documents within the Integrated Management System (production manual, work instructions)
Creation and maintenance of risk assessments and plant registers
Oncall duty according to schedule

Your profile as Production Manager (m/f/d):

Preferably several years of experience in chemical or related production (inorganic/technical chemistry) with leadership experience
Degree in a relevant field of study
Good knowledge of handling chemicals and technical understanding
Good English skills
High performance and resilience, independent work style, team spirit
Driver's license is an advantage
Good knowledge of common MS Office products and experience with ERP systems
