Responsible for preparing and serving all food items per standardized recipes to include, but not limited to: boils, braises and roasts items as well as fries, steams, grills, and bakes.
Assists in food prep assignments to include daily prep, special functions, banquets, catering, holiday and special events.Plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours and determines amount and type of food and supplies required for daily menus

We provide the perfect environment for learning all aspects of restaurant dining and opportunities for growth. We have a heavy focus on training and provide tuition assistance as well as some scholarships. We survey our employees annually and listen to feedback to make changes to ensure the best work environment.At least 1 year of experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, retirement community or similar institution
Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance. Culinary education preferred
