Job Title: Senior Learning Specialist (Gender Integration) at EnCompass LLC
EnCompass LLC is looking for a talented Senior Learning Specialist to join their team, focusing on Gender Integration. As part of a collaborative environment within the Gender Equity and Inclusive Practices and Learning and Leadership Development areas, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning activities and events. The position is full-time, based in Silver Spring, Maryland, with a flexible hybrid work model.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
Position Requirements
Degree in instructional design, gender studies, or related field
Minimum 6 years designing and delivering interactive learning experiences
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively across cultures
Experience in gender integration and/or GBV prevention and response preferred
Fluency in French is a plus
