About us:
We are currently seeking a Central Practice Instructor for our facility on Rümannstraße.

Your responsibilities will include planning and ensuring practical training within the facility, implementing the selection process and filling available training positions, supporting and guiding practice instructors, conducting individual and small group practical training sessions, reviewing and evaluating practice instruction documentation and performance assessments, accompanying our trainees from their first to last day of training through development and reflection discussions, creative learning opportunities such as an introductory week, workshops, and afternoon learning sessions, actively collaborating with nursing schools and other partner organizations, maintaining transparent communication and regular exchange of experiences within MÜNCHENSTIFT, contributing to the development of our training concept, and participating in exams as an expert examiner.

Qualifications:

Completed training as a nursing professional, nurse, (pediatric) nurse, geriatric nurse, nursing specialist, or completed further education as a nursing instructor
Completed qualification as a practice instructor according to PflBG
Empathy
Organizational and coordination skills
Gender and culturally sensitive awareness
