Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with internal VITA teams such as Business Readiness and Customer Account Managers to establish a rollout schedule across agencies.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture team architects and CSRM resources to manage tasks and assignments necessary for the successful completion of the rollout.
  • Work directly with agency resources to address scheduling issues related to training and provide posttraining support as needed.
  • Ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets while maintaining highquality standards throughout the rollout process.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors to facilitate communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience, preferably with experience managing largescale projects.
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Virginia state government processes and systems is desired.
  • Prior experience working within the Virginia state government is a significant advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
