Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal VITA teams such as Business Readiness and Customer Account Managers to establish a rollout schedule across agencies.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture team architects and CSRM resources to manage tasks and assignments necessary for the successful completion of the rollout.
Work directly with agency resources to address scheduling issues related to training and provide posttraining support as needed.
Ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets while maintaining highquality standards throughout the rollout process.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors to facilitate communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.

Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience, preferably with experience managing largescale projects.
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
Experience with Virginia state government processes and systems is desired.
Prior experience working within the Virginia state government is a significant advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fastpaced environment.
Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
