What can you expect?

You will lead and develop the marketing team, which currently consists of five colleagues
You will manage the day-to-day operations, act as a source of inspiration and ideas for the creative implementation of our brand strategy, and further develop the marketing strategy
You will keep an eye on budgets, lead the team disciplinarily, and network with contacts in other departments and our subsidiaries
You will realize and design marketing campaigns, organize events, define KPIs, and establish reporting structures
You will design targeted content strategies for lead generation and customer retention
