Job Context

As a Senior Project Engineer (m/f/d) in Minden, you play a crucial role in the modernization and capacity increase of our operations and adjacent infrastructure facilities.

Your work significantly contributes to expanding our production capabilities and adapting them to current requirements. Work closely with partner companies and support the Minden site in achieving its goals.

Your Role

  • Independently lead and manage technical projects: You are responsible for the modernization and capacity increase of our operations. Ensure equipment availability and ensure smooth operation
  • Modernize with internal and external partners: Implement continuous improvement processes, optimize procedural processes, increase efficiency in maintenance, and promote innovation
  • Investments: Plan and execute new projects - monitor costs, quality, and progress
