Director of Operations, Assisted Living

The LindenGrove Director of Operations, Assisted Living is responsible for the overall performance, management and operation of LindenGrove's RCAC and CBRF Communities at the Mukwonago campus.

The Director of Operations, Assisted Living will be responsible for census development including support and implementation of marketing and community outreach events for the purpose of building relationships with prospective residents.

Other duties:

Provides training, support and supervision of Nurses, Resident Assistants, C.N.A.s, and administrative support staff.
Is accountable for creating a team which focuses on quality and customer satisfaction, aligns programs and services delivery within a framework of hospitality and customer service excellence.
Active engagement with residents, their families and community.

.Working under the direction of the Campus Administrator, ensures that LindenGrove RCAC & CBRF programming is implemented in compliance with identified guidelines and established protocols.

RNs with Assisted Living experience are encouraged to apply.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Health Care or Business Administration.

Experience:
Minimum two years' experience in RCAC and/or CBRF at the management level preferred. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility and current NHA license is a plus.

Special Skills and Requirements:

Current State of Wisconsin RCAC & CBRF Training & Certification.
Working knowledge of RCAC & CBRF residential services and programs.

Strong presentation skills and ability to build rapport with the senior community, business partners and employees.
