    Description

    Clint McClain is searching for a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a strong sense of purpose and enthusiasm. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are looking to add a key player who can drive our business forward. In this role, you will handle our existing client base of 2,000 companies, actively seek new business opportunities, and lead a small team in achieving our goals. Your journey with us will involve mastering our processes, training team members, and potentially advancing to a higher leadership position.

    This is a full-time role with a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year. You will be tasked with a range of responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and track results
    • Train and mentor new team members
    • Provide daily reports using Salesforce CRM
    • Focus on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    • Hold a valid Driver's License and be eligible to work in the U.S.
    • Have a clean background and reliable transportation
