In deze positie adviseer jij bedrijven die genteresseerd zijn in onze document generatie oplossingen over de functionele en technische mogelijkheden van ons product. Samen met Sales Executives en Accountmanagers vorm jij het team wat Xpertdoc verkoopt bij genteresseerden. Je bent betrokken bij het inventariseren van de requirements en op basis daarvan ga jij aan de slag om een demo in te richten die onze potentile klanten omverblaast
Uiteraard krijg je een gedegen opleiding van onze Product Experts zodat je onze producten goed leert kennen. Ook word je direct betrokken bij sales cases zodat je snel weet waar het om draait bij het ondersteunen van het Sales team bij het verkopen van onze krachtige document generatie en automation producten
Als persoon heb je daarnaast oog voor mogelijkheden om het bedrijf te laten groeien en werkervaring met CCM- en document technologien. We zoeken iemand die proactief aan de slag gaat en met passie en overtuiging onze producten kan verkopen. Maar daarnaast ook bijdraagt aan het creren en optimaliseren van verkoopmaterialen en presentaties en producttrainingen geeft aan het Sales team.
Geen dag zal hetzelfde zijn, de ene dag presenteer je pre-sales en technische demos aan een klant of partner en de volgende dag neem je deel aan conference calls of presenteer je een webinar. Wat wel hetzelfde is, is dat je elke dag samenwerkt met collegas, partners en klanten van overal ter wereld en werkt aan meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd. Jij bent niet verantwoordelijk voor de daadwerkelijker verkoop, maar je ondersteunt je Sales collegas door het verstrekken van technische informatie en het bouwen van een klant specifieke demo om hen te overtuigen van de toegevoegde die we leveren
Verantwoordelijkheden:
Ondersteunen van het Sales team bij het effectief communiceren van complexe technologie- en documentbeheeroplossingen naar klanten met behulp van schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie.
Bouwen en onderhouden van demo omgevingen / tools om demo's voor sales executives te faciliteren.
Ondersteuning bieden aan klanten tijdens POC- en pilotprojecten, productie-on-boarding, training en adviesprojecten.
Samenwerken met collegas van het Sales team om tijdens het verkoopproces een verstandhouding op technisch niveau met klanten tot stand te brengen; het onderzoeken van problemen en bieden van creatieve oplossingen om deal te closen.
Beheren van het RFP-proces, input krijgen van het services en juridische team en voorzien van het Sales team van ondersteunende documentatie.
Samenwerken met het Product team om technische inhoud te leveren voor verkoopmateriaal en presentaties.
Samenwerken met Sales managers om de berichtgeving aan te passen op elke specifieke klantvergadering.
Feedback geven aan Development en Support teams over eventuele problemen met klanttevredenheid.
Functie eisen:
HBO werk- en denkniveau.
Uitstekende kennis van CCM en documenttechnologie als mede van Microsoft Word / Office.
Inzicht in DLL- , DOCX- en XML-bestandsindelingen.
Bewezen vermogen om klantgerichte oplossingen te creren en te presenteren aan C-level executives.
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in het Engels als het Nederlands.
Basiskennis van corporate governance, budgettering, financin, enz.
Uitstekende projectmanagement vaardigheden.
