Nemours is seeking an SEO Analytics Specialist (hybrid/remote) to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Wilmington, DE.

Essential Functions

  • Utilize advanced SEO tools and analytics platforms to monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-value target keywords, trends, and opportunities for content optimization.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other web analytics tools to understand user behavior, engagement patterns, and conversion funnels.
  • Develop and own custom reports and dashboards to track SEO performance indicators and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Perform competitive analysis to benchmark our SEO performance against industry peers and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify technical SEO issues and provide recommendations for website improvements, including site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and search engine analytics.
  • Communicate SEO insights, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

Experience with Google Search Console, SEMRush or MOZ (or similar tools), Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics or other relevant SEO tools

Three to five years of experience
