Midway, GA is a modern service administration and one of the largest employers in the region with approximately 1,700 employees.
The Department of Traffic (FD 36) is seeking a Customer Advisor (m/f/d) for the registration service in Wesel, starting as soon as possible, at the Wesel location, in a part-time position of 29.25 hours per week or 30.75 hours per week for civil servants.
Your tasks:
- All activities related to the registration, administration, and deregistration of vehicles (vehicle registration)
- All activities related to monitoring the obligations of vehicle owners (owner obligations)
- Other service tasks assigned by the organization
Your profile:
Mandatory requirements:
- Completed administrative training course I, completed training as a administrative assistant or qualification for the career group 1, 2nd entry level (formerly middle nontechnical service)
Desirable knowledge and skills:
- Ability to interact with people in a friendly, confident, and trustworthy manner and to act in a customeroriented manner
- Knowledge of driver's license and vehicle registration law
- Teamwork skills
- Willingness to work according to duty schedules/opening hours, as required, and to participate in further training (especially in the areas of specialist competence, IT applications, customer orientation, and team development)
