The Department of Traffic (FD 36) is seeking a Customer Advisor (m/f/d) for the registration service in Wesel, starting as soon as possible, at the Wesel location, in a part-time position of 29.25 hours per week or 30.75 hours per week for civil servants.


Your tasks:

  • All activities related to the registration, administration, and deregistration of vehicles (vehicle registration)
  • All activities related to monitoring the obligations of vehicle owners (owner obligations)
  • Other service tasks assigned by the organization

Your profile:

Mandatory requirements:

  • Completed administrative training course I, completed training as a administrative assistant or qualification for the career group 1, 2nd entry level (formerly middle nontechnical service)

Desirable knowledge and skills:

  • Ability to interact with people in a friendly, confident, and trustworthy manner and to act in a customeroriented manner
  • Knowledge of driver's license and vehicle registration law
  • Teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work according to duty schedules/opening hours, as required, and to participate in further training (especially in the areas of specialist competence, IT applications, customer orientation, and team development)
