Description

We are currently seeking nursing professionals, medical assistants, and/or emergency medical technicians (m/f/d) for our outpatient care Diakonie Station in Schenefeld.

Responsibilities and duties include:

  • Providing a professional service for the care and therapy of elderly people in need of care, in accordance with our mission statement and quality standards;
  • Developing and implementing daily activities for residents;
  • Providing care and support for nursing clients;
  • Delivering services in accordance with SGB V and SGB XI;
  • Ensuring proper documentation and planning in compliance with legal requirements;
  • Working closely with family members and physicians.

Requirements:

  • Experience in outpatient care and/or a degree in geriatric nursing, health and (pediatric) nursing, nursing assistance, medical assistance, or emergency medical services;
  • Desired qualities:
  • Enjoyment of working with elderly and care-dependent individuals;
  • Organizational skills and ability to work in a structured and flexible manner;
  • Reliability, empathy, and teamwork;
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends;
  • Sensitivity to the needs and resources of residents;
  • Openness, communication skills, and a sense of responsibility;
